Handling a warranty claim
- Submit meaningful photos or videos plus product and order data

- REGENIX assesses whether an approved production defect applies
- If confirmed: repair, replacement or compensation according to the warranty terms
Fleet Replacement Joker — conditions
- 1 joker per 20 registered units per season
- Theft and loss excluded
- Intentional damage excluded
- Replacement with an equivalent or available REGENIX product, no cash payout
- Unused jokers expire at the end of the season
